Sapna is from a migrant family from UP who decided to leave everything and move o Kerala to educate their daughter , having heard about encouragement of education to the girl child provided here.

Now topper of her class, the little girl excels in her studies and won many trophies and accolades including Rajyapuraskar.

She now dreams of becoming a Gynaecologist. She is appearing for her entrance a second time. She cannot pay the huge sum of money required to secure a seat and is determined to make it on merit .
