IAshwini, a single mother with a 6 years old daughter did not have a home to call her own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ashwini had been working as a househelp and nurse in a house in Ernakulam.When she decided to move back to her village,she had no home. She requested Pink Shield for help.We stepped in as having a small house would give her the confidence to take some major decisions in life.The shelter, rather a ‘shed’ in the most urban term, was built by wrapping of a particular form of plastic sheets and floors were made from mud which was laid down in the traditional process. The home for 2 was completed on yet another Valentine’s day of 2022. Now the mother and daughter have a roof over their head.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are also supporting her daughter’s education through Project Akshara.( if we can give link to saraswathis page)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
